Paper, size, any frame, personalization and supplier will be confirmed in the quote. No supplier or physical sample is yet qualified to sell the displayed artworks.
Full price
Before purchase, you will receive exact specifications, currency, price, known mandatory fees, applicable taxes and the total. Customs or brokerage charges that cannot be calculated will be described. Preview prices are estimates, not confirmation of delivery.
Destinations
Worldwide landscapes and website languages do not constitute worldwide delivery availability. Each destination, supplier and local requirement must be validated before an order is accepted.
Timing and tracking
Delivery method, carrier when known and the agreed delivery period will be stated before payment. No timing is guaranteed in this preview. A shipping label alone does not prove dispatch.
We will notify you of a delay and seek your agreement to any revised date. Agreement does not remove mandatory cancellation rights. In Quebec, a delay of more than 30 days after the agreed date, or after the contract if no delivery period is stated, can create a cancellation right before receipt.
Parcel and address
Report an address correction or a missing or damaged parcel promptly. We handle the claim with the supplier; a delivered tracking scan does not automatically settle nonreceipt. Do not return any item without instructions.
