Returns & refunds

Proposed launch policy. Ordering is not active. We must have a funded refund reserve and an operational return address before accepting sales.

30 days to feel at home.

Our proposed satisfaction promise includes personalized prints: contact us within 30 days of delivery if the print does not feel right. We will arrange a prepaid standard return and refund the amount paid for the returned order, including original standard delivery and applicable taxes, to your original payment method. No restocking fee or forced store credit.

Please take reasonable care of the print. Deliberately damaged or altered goods do not qualify for discretionary change-of-mind returns. This condition does not restrict legal guarantees or remedies for defects.

Damaged, incorrect or defective?

Choose a free replacement or a full refund. We may ask for reasonable photos and your order reference so we can resolve the issue. You will not need to send dangerous broken glazing. Original packaging helps, but is not an absolute condition of your legal rights.

Please report problems promptly, ideally within 14 days, so we can preserve supplier recovery. This suggestion does not shorten mandatory consumer rights. We pay reasonable return costs when a return is needed, and your remedy does not depend on the supplier reimbursing us.

Before production

Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or change. We will confirm whether the supplier can stop production. Supplier cancellation costs do not remove any statutory cancellation rights. Do not return items directly to a factory without instructions from the studio.

Refunds

For an approved discretionary return, our goal is to initiate the refund within five business days of receiving the return or waiving it. Bank posting time is separate. Mandatory deadlines prevail; for a qualifying Quebec statutory distance-purchase cancellation, the applicable refund deadline cannot be postponed until a package comes back.

Your rights come first

This policy adds to your rights. It does not limit mandatory consumer protections, legal guarantees, or statutory cancellation remedies.

Statutory cancellation in Quebec

For a qualifying distance-contract cancellation, all sums paid must be refunded within 15 days after the cancellation notice; that deadline does not depend on receiving the return. We bear reasonable return costs. Certain disclosure or contract-delivery failures also allow cancellation within statutory periods. A change of mind instead falls under our proposed promise above. Applicable mandatory rights elsewhere remain preserved.

An eligible cancellation notice may be given verbally or in writing; keep evidence. If the statutory refund remains unpaid after 15 days, a chargeback may be requested on the credit card used within 60 days of that failure. See the grounds and deadlines in the official Office guide (French).
