Requests and email

When you use the active form, your email, choices and notes are sent to our Cloudflare D1 database to answer your request. Authorized operators can review them. Abuse protection uses an hourly rotating identifier derived from the network address and counters retained for approximately one day.

An email link opens your email application; nothing is sent without your action. If you write to us, your address and message are used to respond and handle your request. A request or download does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Avoid sensitive information.

The newsletter requires separate explicit consent, followed by confirmation of your email address through a link when delivery is enabled. If you use the active subscription form, your email, language, form source, consent text and version, and confirmation or unsubscribe events are recorded in our Cloudflare D1 database to manage your choice and, where applicable, eligibility for an advertised offer. You can unsubscribe at any time; withdrawal blocks future promotional emails. Gift recipients are never subscribed automatically to the newsletter.

Email and SMS delivery is not active in this preview. A saved request remains unconfirmed; it does not mean an email was sent or a benefit has already been granted. Gift sending and delivery services are in preparation.

Gift editor

Photos are processed in your browser to prepare the preview. Your photos are not uploaded automatically to our server. Saving locally downloads a draft to your device: this JSON file may contain your photo and message. Keep it private if you do not want to share them. Preparing delivery does not send a gift, make a purchase or issue a gift card with monetary value. Any future transfer needed for an active service will be explained before your action.

On your device

Searches, filters and previews run in your browser. We do not request geolocation. The cart, its titles and dedications, some preferences and, if orders become active, private order access may be saved in browser local storage. They remain until removed or site data is cleared. Blocking storage may limit these functions without preventing browsing.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosting may process network addresses, requests, technical details and security logs to serve the website. We promise neither Canada-only hosting nor a precise provider-log deletion period. Messages also pass through your email provider and the recipient’s provider; processing outside Quebec is possible.

Video and sharing

Images and the local film do not require a social-network connection. If a verified YouTube video becomes available, the Google player loads only after your explicit choice. Google may then receive network address, browser information and the website origin and use its own technologies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no collection. The local film remains available.

External links, social profiles and charities have their own policies. Sharing uses your action and browser options; nothing is published automatically. This preview embeds no advertising pixel or third-party analytics tool.

Payments and company donations

Ordering, Stripe Checkout and shipping are not active. The company donation commitment collects no personal donation or additional payment from the customer and does not authorize sharing your contact details with a charity. Before a service is enabled, recipients, necessary data, retention and transfers will be explained.

Retention

We limit messages to necessary conversations and applicable legal obligations. The internal 90-day target for unanswered requests is not an operational automated deletion system. Provider retention periods are not yet verified. We do not promise immediate removal of every copy.

For access, correction, deletion where permitted, applicable portability or withdrawal of optional consent: anthonypaquet1508@gmail.com. We will ask only for information needed to verify your identity. In Quebec, access or correction requests require a response within 30 days. If you disagree, you may contact the competent authority, including Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information. This page will be updated if processing changes.
